Bronte Simon

Introducing Bronte, the creative force behind Chë, the Label—a brand dedicated to handcrafted, upcycled, and sustainable fashion. As a designer, seamstress, and innovator, Bronte reimagines vintage pieces and transforms sustainable fabrics into one-of-a-kind garments. Her work blends trend-forward style with eco-conscious craftsmanship, ensuring that every creation is both unique and mindful of its impact on the planet.  With a passion for creativity and accessibility, Bronte extends her designs beyond fashion, offering sewing patterns, digital templates, and sustainable everyday essentials. Her presence at our fashion show highlights a fresh approach to conscious fashion, proving that style and sustainability can go hand in hand.

Stephanie Mould 

Meet Stephanie Mould, the creative mind behind Smouldy, a brand that breathes new life into timeless fashion. Hailing from Duncan, BC, and a 2022 graduate of the Pacific Design Academy, Stephanie designs for those who crave the classics but have never lived them. Inspired by the raw energy of 20th-century music and art, her pieces fuse nostalgia with a modern edge, all while championing sustainability. Every Smouldy collection is a masterclass in conscious design, crafted from deadstock, repurposed, and scrap fabrics—proving that waste can be reimagined into something extraordinary. With her upcoming debut at Vancouver Fashion Week, Stephanie is poised to make her mark, redefining vintage aesthetics for a new generation.

Florence Duong

Introducing Florence Duong, the creative visionary behind Phlo Studio. Florence’s Dragon Lady collection celebrates transformation and resilience, drawing inspiration from Chinese mythology. Her designs depict the journey of a carp overcoming obstacles to become a dragon, symbolizing strength and defiance against patriarchal barriers. With boldness and determination, Florence is set to showcase her artistry at Vancouver Fashion Week—a milestone in her promising fashion career.

Dunne Cliff
Allison Dunne

Allison Dunne is the creative mind behind DUNNE CLIFF, an artisanal knitwear label crafted in her Vancouver studio. Inspired by her Shetland heritage, she fuses Fair Isle traditions with modern storytelling, drawing from philosophy, literature, and technology. Her F/W24 collection, ‘TECHNICAL OUTERWEAR CONSUMES ME,’ explores the tension between cutting-edge outerwear innovations and fading family traditions. A rising talent, Allison debuted at Vancouver Fashion Week 2023, earning recognition from Vogue Italy, Vogue Mexico & Latin America, and CTV News, redefining knitwear as both art and innovation.

Rebecca Baker-Grenier

Rebecca, Kwakiuł, Dzawada’enuwx, and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, is a multidisciplinary artist with a BA from the University of British Columbia, Indigenous Studies Program. Rebecca began fashion design in 2021, apprenticing under Pam Baker. She completed the Indigenous Couture Residency at the Banff Centre, 2022. Rebecca debuted her first collection at New York Fashion Week, 2022, since showing her collections at SWAIA Fashion Show - Santa Fe Indian Market, Vancouver Fashion Week, Vancouver Indigenous Fashion Week, and Indigenous Fashion Arts, Toronto. Rebecca’s was exhibited at the American Museum for Natural History NY, Bill Reid Gallery, Museum of Vancouver, and the Vancouver Airport. She received the 2021 YVR Emerging Artist award and was featured in the October 2024 issue of Elle Canada.
